1. Why is renting better than buying? - When cost and budget are a concern, renting is much less expensive and practical. renting offers a substantial cost savings.
2. How much is a consultation? - We offer free consultations. You may come to us or we can come to you to sit down and discuss your needs.
3. When using your services, am I responsible for the pick-up and drop-off of the items I have rented? - We want your event to be as stress free as possible. To aid in that with any rental of our items delivery, set-up, and pick-up are included at no extra cost to you.
4. Do you offer package deals? - Yes, we offer three types of packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Designing Elegance For You will work with you to design a custom package to fit your event needs. Please have a look at our Package Pricing for more information.
5. Do I HAVE to purchase a package? - If none of the packages we offer fit your needs, we offer individual a'la carte pricing to better suit you.
6. Is there a minimum purchase? - Yes, there is a $200.00 minimum rental purchase
7. Do you rent just centerpieces? - No, we offer an array of items to rent besides centerpieces from tulle chair bows to ceremony programs. Please look at our Sample Gallery as well as our a'la carte menu for a list of items available for rent.
8. What areas will you service to? - Location is not a problem, we do business in all areas of Northeast Ohio.
9. Most of your silk arrangements are white flowers, can you add a secondary color to them? - With any of our silk arrangements we can add a second accent color to better match your event.
10. Are your floral arrangements real, silk, or both? - All of our floral arrangements are silk. In dealing with silk flowers there is no need to worry about water or breakage, and silk is as beautiful as real.
